[Asia Economy Reporter Kwak Min-jae] Woongjin ThinkBig announced on the 27th that it will conduct the 3rd session of the ‘STARTERS Employment Bootcamp’.
The STARTERS Employment Bootcamp is a free employment-linked program created by Woongjin ThinkBig and the global online lecture platform Udemy. With the backend course scheduled to open in November, applications for the 3rd session are being accepted until November 6.
University students, job seekers, and non-majors are all eligible to participate. The selection process for successful candidates consists of document screening, assignments, and interviews. 70% of the trainees who meet the internal training completion criteria will be offered internship opportunities at Woongjin Group affiliates. Among those who complete the internship, 70% will be hired as full-time employees.
This program consists of a 3-month competency enhancement training and a 1-month project course, held offline at the SeSAC Yongsan Campus. Trainees will participate in development involving processing, transmitting, and managing large-scale data using specialized skills in the main course, building practical portfolios. They can also access over 17,000 Udemy lectures for free.
