KB Insurance Holds Unveiling Ceremony for Korean Service Awards 'Hall of Fame Monument'

View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Changhwan Lee] KB Insurance announced on the 26th that it held a unveiling ceremony for the ‘Hall of Fame Dedication Monument’ at the KB Insurance headquarters located in Yeoksam-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, to commemorate being selected as a ‘Hall of Fame’ dedicated company at the 2022 Korea Service Awards hosted by the Korea Standards Association last July.
The ‘Hall of Fame Dedication Monument’ was installed in front of the entrance to the KB Insurance headquarters. Additional monuments will be installed at the Injaenium training centers located in Suwon and Sacheon, as well as at seven customer centers nationwide.
KB Insurance has won the Grand Prize at the Korea Service Awards for seven consecutive years from 2015 through last year. In July of this year, after a rigorous on-site evaluation by expert judges, it was inducted into the ‘Hall of Fame,’ the most prestigious award in the field of service quality management. KB Insurance received high marks for its customer-centric management and its promotion of innovative and practical digitalization.
