"Establishing a Horizontal Organizational Culture" Jeil Pharma Holdings Eliminates Job Title Designations
[Asia Economy Reporter Chunhee Lee] Jeil Pharma Holdings announced on the 26th that it will introduce a horizontal title system that unifies the job titles of all employees across its affiliates to "Manager."
The existing hierarchical titles such as Deputy General Manager and General Manager will be unified into the single title "Manager," and the rank system will be consolidated and simplified from the current seven levels to four levels. However, to prevent confusion regarding work authority and boundaries, titles such as Team Leader and Branch Manager, who are heads of departments, will be retained as a minimum boundary.
This title campaign will be applied to all affiliates, including the holding company Jeil Pharma Holdings, Jeil Pharmaceutical, and Jeil Health Science.
