‘Art Investment and Real Estate Investment Collaboration’… Tessa and BSN Bilsanam Sign Business Agreement
Cooperation in Art and Real Estate Investment Education, Consulting Support, and More
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Heeyoon] TESSA Asset, a subsidiary of the art investment platform TESSA, announced on the 25th that it has signed a business agreement with the comprehensive real estate company 'BSN Bilsanam.'
TESSA is an art-tech platform where users can purchase fractional ownership of artworks starting from as little as 1,000 KRW through its app. As of August, two years after the service launch, it has secured 120,000 members. The cumulative value of artworks traded reached 32.1 billion KRW.
Founded in 2017, BSN Bilsanam started with real estate investment education and now provides comprehensive real estate services including building and luxury housing brokerage, construction, design, and asset management. Under this agreement, both parties will cooperate to provide total services related to artworks and real estate.
Shin Sung-eun, CEO of TESSA Asset, said, "We will introduce educational programs related to artworks and real estate, as well as various consulting services," adding, "Based on TESSA Asset's expertise, we will offer customers broad value and experience in indirect art investment."
