Gwangju Nam-gu "Please Donate Unneeded Items"
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Jin-hyung] Nam-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City, will conduct a donation campaign for the 'Upcycling Sharing Market' for resource circulation and sharing until the 2nd of next month.
The campaign collects general items such as clothing, shoes, bags, miscellaneous goods, and decorations, as well as special items with various anniversaries and stories.
However, clothing for infants under 5 years old, suits, previously worn underwear and thermal wear, pajamas, leggings, socks, swimsuits, uniforms with specific logos, study materials, exam preparation books, major textbooks, and home appliances older than 7 years from the manufacturing date are excluded from donation items.
Donors can receive donation receipts eligible for year-end income tax deductions.
Nam-gu plans to hold the sharing market with the collected items at the Green Road Park Plaza next to Yangwoo Naeanae Apartment in Juwol-dong.
