View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Moon Chaeseok] Hyundai Genuine, Hyundai Construction Equipment, and Hyundai Doosan Infracore, three construction machinery companies under Hyundai Heavy Industries Group, announced on the 25th that they are actively promoting the bid for the '2030 Busan World Expo' at the world's largest construction machinery exhibition.
The three companies plan to conduct promotional activities targeting global visitors at their exhibition booths at 'Bauma 2022,' held in Munich, Germany, until the 30th (local time).
On the 24th, coinciding with the opening of the exhibition, Son Dong-yeon, Vice Chairman of Hyundai Genuine, Oh Seung-hyun, CEO of Hyundai Doosan Infracore, and Choi Cheol-gon, CEO of Hyundai Construction Equipment, directly promoted the Expo bid by displaying pre-made Expo bid towels at the site.
According to the group, during the exhibition, Hyundai Construction Equipment and Hyundai Doosan Infracore will showcase promotional videos for the 2030 Busan Expo on large screens at their booths and distribute promotional brochures to visitors, emphasizing that Busan is the optimal city to host the Expo.
The Bauma exhibition is one of the world's top three construction machinery exhibitions. This year, it is expected to attract over 600,000 visitors worldwide. The group views the Bauma exhibition as an opportunity to promote the Busan Expo globally.
