View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Moon Chaeseok] Samsung Electronics announced on the 25th that it will hold the 'Bespoke Jet Bot AI Collaboration Survival,' an event unveiling a large number of new characters applied to its robot vacuum cleaner 'Bespoke Jet Bot Artificial Intelligence (AI).' The event will take place from the 27th of this month until the 20th of next month.
The event will be held with direct consumer participation in the virtual experience space called 'Jetland.' Jetland is a space set up on Naver Z's open metaverse platform 'ZEP' where consumers can experience Samsung's representative premium cordless vacuum cleaner 'Bespoke Jet' and the robot vacuum cleaner 'Bespoke Jet Bot AI.'
To highlight the robot vacuum cleaner's role in customers' daily lives, Samsung Electronics has previously released special packages featuring characters such as 'Janmang Loopy' and 'Minions.' This event targets parents with infants or young children and introduces ▲ 'Pororo,' known as the original children's president ▲ 'Tayo the Little Bus and Friends,' beloved by young children ▲ the popular animation character 'Mini Force' ▲ and 'Catch! Teenieping,' which has a strong children's fandom. Additionally, characters favored by the MZ generation will be revealed, including ▲ Nexon's popular game 'MapleStory' ▲ 'Boongcheol Jogyu,' a popular EBS web entertainment show ▲ the premium dessert cafe 'Noted,' which has become a hot place ▲ and Samsung Lions' lion character 'Bleo,' the king of animals.
Samsung Electronics' policy is to conduct the event in a survival format where each character, aspiring to become the face of the Jet Bot AI, is introduced in Jetland, and only the characters receiving strong responses survive. Among consumers who participate in the cheering event, 10 will be selected to receive a Bespoke Jet Bot AI product and a limited edition top cover featuring the character they personally chose. The special package, consisting of the Bespoke Jet Bot AI main unit and top covers featuring nine characters from the event, will be sold in limited quantities starting on the 27th through the crowdfunding platform 'Wadiz.'
