In 2021, the Jeonnam Police Agency prepared measures to prevent voice phishing, including producing customized public service advertisements targeting the main victim group of middle-aged people in their 40s and 50s, but faced difficulties in project implementation due to budget shortages.
At that time, Assemblyman Na, who was active in the Jeonnam Provincial Assembly's Economic Tourism and Culture Committee and the Special Budget and Accounts Committee, contributed to budget allocation through consultations with the Jeonnam Provincial Government's budget office and other relevant departments. He also took the lead in resolving complaints regarding the parking lot of the Namak Police Substation of the Muan Police Station, with construction scheduled to begin around the end of this year.

Assemblyman Na said, “Although local administration and police administration are similar in that they aim to protect the lives and safety of the people, communication and budget utilization were difficult because their areas are different,” and added, “I hope this case will become a model of cooperation between the Jeonnam Provincial Government and the National Police Agency.”
