Hanwha Construction Promotes 12 Executives... "Introducing Position-Centered Personnel System"
Hanwha Construction announced on the 24th that it has conducted its regular executive promotion personnel appointments.
This executive promotion includes the introduction of a 'position-centered executive personnel system,' which has recently been adopted by global companies.
This personnel system determines executive promotions and transfers based on the value and suitability of the position, and changes the level of compensation accordingly. Executive titles will also change from traditional terms like Managing Director and Executive Director to titles reflecting the roles performed, such as Manager and Division Head.
A Hanwha Construction official stated, "This personnel appointment selects individuals with expertise and growth potential in each field to strengthen strategic and business execution functions."
There are a total of 12 promoted executives, and the list is as follows.
