Housing Finance Corporation Partners with Social Economy Enterprises to Support Youth
[Asia Economy Reporter Eunju Lee] Korea Housing Finance Corporation announced on the 21st that it has donated funds to the Green Umbrella Children’s Foundation (Director No Heeheon) to support social economy enterprises in the Busan area and low-income family adolescents.
The Housing Finance Corporation plans to deliver hygiene kits (sanitary pads, heating packs, etc.) produced by social economy enterprises to 280 female adolescents from low-income families in the Busan area, as recommended by the Green Umbrella Children’s Foundation. In addition, it plans to provide work opportunities to 10 elderly people recommended by the senior clubs in the Busan area to produce hygiene kits.
