We Visit and Listen! ... Gijang-gun Cheolma-myeon Conducts On-site Village Resident Needs Survey and Health Welfare Counseling
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Hwang Du-yeol] The Cheolma-myeon Administrative Welfare Center and the Cheolma-myeon Village Welfare Discovery Group in Gijang-gun conducted a village resident needs survey on the 16th to establish a village welfare plan.
The village resident needs survey is a step to identify village issues by confirming and analyzing the needs of local residents prior to establishing the village welfare plan. It was conducted targeting local residents who participated in the Cheolma-myeon Residents Sports Competition.
The survey was conducted by having residents attach stickers to a board with survey questions to collect opinions on major local issues, with about 600 residents participating.
Going forward, the Village Welfare Discovery Group will refer to the results of the resident needs survey to establish the Cheolma-myeon village welfare plan.
Additionally, the Cheolma-myeon Administrative Welfare Center set up a ‘Visiting Health and Welfare Counseling Booth’ at the sports competition venue to conduct a campaign to discover welfare blind spots, distribute promotional materials, provide welfare counseling, and offer welfare information.
