Woowa Brothers to Recruit Total 175 Participants for 5th Batch of Free IT Education Program 'Woowahan Tech Camp'
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Bo-kyung] Woowa Brothers, the operator of Baedal Minjok, announced on the 17th that they are recruiting students for the 5th class of the free IT education program 'Woowa Tech Course' (hereinafter referred to as Wooteco).
Wooteco is an education program established by Woowa Brothers in 2019 to address the shortage of developers in the IT industry and to cultivate excellent developers.
Starting from the 5th class, the existing online coding test selection process has been abolished, and a 'pre-course' that allows all applicants to experience the Wooteco program in advance will be provided.
Applicants can experience the basic Wooteco program by completing various missions during the 4-week pre-course period. After the pre-course ends, the final selected students will participate in the main Wooteco education course for about 10 months starting from February next year.
The recruitment process has added a mobile application development (Android) course in addition to the existing web development (backend, frontend) courses. They will select 100 for web backend, 50 for frontend, and 25 for the newly added mobile Android course, recruiting a total of 175 students.
