Networking Event for Startups in the Bio Sector Nurtured by 'Shinhan Square Bridge' to Expand Globally
[Asia Economy Reporter Yu Je-hoon] Shinhan Financial Group announced on the 14th that it held the global startup innovation roadshow 'MUST. CONNECT SINGAPORE' at Singapore Science Park over two days starting from the 12th. This event was a networking event organized by Shinhan Financial, the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, and the Incheon Free Economic Zone Authority to build an Asian startup ecosystem through active exchanges with Singapore.
The event invited global company representatives stationed in Singapore, local venture capital (VC), and various related organizations as partners. Seven bio-sector startups nurtured by Shinhan Square Bridge had in-depth discussions with them on various cooperation plans such as global business expansion, technology research and development partnerships, client discovery, and investment attraction.
Also, Shinhan Square Bridge member companies shared diverse information for global market entry through networking programs such as ▲technology and product introductions ▲IR pitching ▲1:1 business meetings with partners at the event. A Shinhan Financial official said, "We plan to further advance domestic startups' overseas expansion programs through various collaborations with global business partners," adding, "Shinhan Financial will continue to fulfill its role as a corporate citizen practicing mutual growth by actively supporting and nurturing startups."
