The prosecution is examining allegations that the Moon Jae-in administration's Blue House, despite being aware of the shooting of the late Lee Dae-jun, a Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries official, in September 2020, did not immediately disclose the incident and attempted to cover it up. At that time, former Minister Seo was accused by Lee's bereaved family of ordering the deletion of military secrets, including intercepted information, on charges of abuse of authority and damage to official electronic records.
