Recently attracting attention with a giant sculpture exhibition and boasting 600,000 subscribers, CU is collaborating with Bellygom to launch Honey Cream Puff Steamed Bun and Honey Cream Cheese Steamed Bun. These dessert steamed buns emphasize sweet aroma and taste by filling fluffy white steamed buns, reminiscent of Bellygom's soft fur, with royal jelly honey, cream puffs, and cream cheese.
The Keroro bread lineup is expanding to include steamed buns as well. There are three types: Keroro Potato Steamed Bun, Giroro Sweet Potato Steamed Bun, and Tamama Pumpkin Steamed Bun, each randomly including one of 82 types of collectible stickers. Additionally, CU has released Char Siu King Steamed Bun and Oyster Sauce King Steamed Bun, made using oyster sauce from Lee Kum Kee and in collaboration with the Hong Kong Tourism Board and the global sauce brand Lee Kum Kee.
CU is running a promotion this month where customers who purchase any steamed buns using KB Pay will receive a 50% cashback on the payment amount.
