At the declaration ceremony held the previous day, Kim Heungseok, Vice President in charge of Compliance Support at Bodyfriend, emphasized the importance of compliance management, which is increasingly required as the company grows. He shared with employees his aspiration to establish a compliance system suitable for principled management and to strive to make compliance a corporate culture at Bodyfriend through internal education and discussions.
Following this, led by the Compliance Team responsible for Bodyfriend’s compliance management, employees read aloud a compliance management pledge that includes ▲ adhering to all domestic and international laws and company regulations in performing their duties and refraining from illegal activities, ▲ familiarizing themselves with all rules for practicing compliance management and actively participating in spreading the company’s compliance culture, and ▲ prioritizing customer trust as the highest value and fulfilling ethical and social responsibilities toward customers.
Bodyfriend and its employees plan to raise compliance awareness and fulfill social responsibilities, aiming to become the best global healthcare company equipped with a management system that meets global standards for compliance management, including obtaining certification from the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) in the future.
