The "Connecting Hope" support project is carried out with donations from residents of Gyeongnam Province. The collected funds are used to provide food and psychological testing fees to youth preparing for independence within the province, as well as support funds for their first household items and suits.

Mayor Park, who participated as the first donor this year, said, "I was considering how I could help young people preparing for independence, and I also joined the Green Umbrella Children’s Foundation’s sharing relay."
