[Asia Economy Reporter Song Seung-yoon] Daesang Life Science announced on the 5th that it will change its existing company name to 'Daesang Well Life' and relocate its headquarters to Jongno.
The new name, Daesang Well Life, combines 'Well,' meaning health and goodness, and 'Life,' representing life, reflecting the company's philosophy and aspiration to accompany customers on their journey to a healthy life. Through the name change, the company plans to intuitively convey its corporate philosophy to consumers and build a familiar corporate image. The colorful letters of 'DAESANG' expressed in the CI represent Daesang Group's commitment to respecting diversity and communicating closely with customers.
Daesang Well Life will also move its headquarters to Jongno Place in Inui-dong, Jongno-gu. Since the spin-off, rapid growth has led to a sharp increase in company members, creating a continuous need to expand office space. This decision was also made considering the integration of group company headquarters.
Along with enhancing the corporate image through the name change, the health functional food brand 'Well Life' has been newly renewed. The new BI uses the initial 'W' of Well Life to express a healthy biorhythm, applying a purple color to convey calm stability and vibrant energy. Well Life plans to introduce various products systematically designed and supplied with nutrients needed throughout the entire life cycle, focusing on three key themes: ▲relaxed life ▲energetic and healthy life ▲reliable and stable life.
