SRT Ticket Bulk Issuers and Cancellers 'Forced Withdrawal' Measures Against Cheaters

Customers abusing the SRT ticket return system repeatedly issued a large number of tickets and canceled them before cancellation fees were incurred to receive credit card company additional service benefits provided when a certain monthly payment amount is exceeded, causing inconvenience to customers who actually intend to use the service.

From January to August, SR issued warnings to 22 customers who abused tickets, having issued more than 500 tickets cumulatively and returned over 95% of them. SR plans to continue monitoring, issuing individual warnings to suspected abusers, and strengthening management of malicious members by imposing ticket issuance restrictions and forced withdrawal if abuse continues.
