Yogiyo Opens Public Recruitment for New Developers... "Competency-Based Selection"
'The Great Rookie' in Progress... Coding Test for All Applicants
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] Delivery app Yogiyo announced on the 4th that it is recruiting the 5th batch of the open recruitment program for new developers, "Great Rookies," to strengthen differentiated technological competitiveness.
The recruitment field is Python backend development. Applicants can enter their name, email, and contact information on the Yogiyo Tech recruitment site by the 19th and attach a free-form application. Anyone who completes the application can take the online coding test.
Since 2018, Yogiyo has been running the Great Rookies program to nurture outstanding technical talent through new developer recruitment. This 5th batch recruitment also focuses on development capabilities and potential rather than applicants' specs, providing all applicants with the opportunity to take the coding test.
The recruitment process will start with a non-face-to-face online coding test on the 21st, followed by first and second interviews. The final successful candidates, in single digits, are expected to be selected in December.
