BGF Retail, Open Recruitment for New Employees in the Second Half of the Year... "Hiring 00 Positions Across 5 Job Categories"
On-Site Recruitment Briefing Sessions at Kangwon National University and Chungnam National University
[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Chun-han] BGF Retail announced on the 3rd that it will conduct recruitment for new employees for the second half of the year until the 12th of this month.
In this recruitment, a total of 00 people will be selected for five job categories: ▲Sales Management ▲Strategic Planning ▲Product Operations ▲Finance Support ▲Specialized (IT, Logistics, Facilities). Applicants must be graduates or expected graduates (February 2022) of four-year universities, or those with equivalent academic qualifications.
The recruitment process will proceed in the order of document screening, artificial intelligence (AI) competency test, first interview, second interview, on-site training, and final admission. The AI competency test and first interview will be conducted online and non-face-to-face, and the on-site training will take place for about five days in November.
BGF Retail actively seeks local talent by holding on-site recruitment briefings at major universities nationwide, including Kangwon National University and Chungnam National University. Online recruitment briefings by desired job category will also be held starting from the 5th of this month.
