The 4354th National Foundation Day Celebration... Held under the theme "Benefiting the World, Renewing Daehan"
Over 200 Attendees Including the Diplomatic Corps in Korea, Organizations Related to Dangun, and General Citizens
[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Cheol-young] To commemorate the 4354th anniversary of Gaecheonjeol, the Ministry of the Interior and Safety will hold a celebration ceremony on the 3rd in front of the National Folk Museum, attended by about 200 people including key national figures, the diplomatic corps in Korea, Dangun-related organizations, and general citizens.
This celebration ceremony is held under the theme "Renewing Daehan to Benefit the World," embodying the spirit of Hongik Ingan (弘益人間), which aims to benefit humanity widely and aspires to become a renewed Daehan at the center of the global community.
The ceremony will proceed in the order of opening declaration, national ceremony, introduction of the founding of the nation, congratulatory speeches, theme video, celebratory performance, singing of the Gaecheonjeol song, and three cheers of "manse." After declaring the opening and conducting the national ceremony, the introduction of the founding of the nation and congratulatory speeches for Gaecheonjeol will follow. Then, stories of various citizen heroes around us who practice the spirit of Hongik Ingan in daily life will be introduced through the theme video.

Additionally, La Poem, the winning team of Phantom Singer Season 3 in 2020, will perform a celebratory performance reflecting on the meaning of Gaecheon and the long history of over five thousand years of the Korean Peninsula. The Children's History Choir and all attendees will sing the Gaecheonjeol song together, and Chairman Lee Geon-bong of the Hyunjeonghoe, along with righteous individuals Ra Sang-hoon, Lee Kwang-won, and Choi Soo-min, will conclude the event by leading all attendees in three cheers of "manse," embodying the meaning and hope of Hongik Ingan.
