Lotte Homeshopping selected 100 online and offline customer monitoring evaluators who are active and creative, capable of performing various tasks, and enjoy participating in online communities and social networking services (SNS) from among its registered and active customers. Over the next year, they will perform roles such as ▲monitoring Lotte Homeshopping channels ▲participating in offline events ▲proposing products and services ▲attending new product evaluation meetings.
Lotte Homeshopping has been operating the Customer Monitoring Evaluation Group since 2018. This is to listen to and improve practical customer feedback on all services experienced by customers, including broadcasting, ordering, delivery, and service. As a result of operating up to the 4th term, new content such as eco-friendly and lifestyle new product development and mobile TV-exclusive program planning has been introduced, and various ideas such as customer service process improvements and broadcast screen enhancements have been reflected in the field.
