Changwon National University 'Opsus' Wins 'Gyeongnam Governor's Award' at SW Convergence Hackathon Competition

The Korea SW Convergence Hackathon is the largest hackathon in the country, hosted by the Ministry of Science and ICT and the National IT Industry Promotion Agency, and organized by 11 SW convergence clusters nationwide, including Gyeongnam Technopark.
This year, under the theme "Preparing for the Future with Untact SW Convergence Services," the event was held over three consecutive days without overnight stays from the 16th to the 18th.
The competition tasks included ▲ a free task related to the development of SW convergence products or services based on DNA prototypes ▲ Designated Task 1 related to the development of SW convergence products or services for solving local community problems ▲ Designated Task 2 related to the development of SW convergence products or services concerning semiconductors.
On the 29th, Changwon National University announced that the team "Opsus," consisting of students Lee Sugyun, Ji Yujin, Kwon Chanjin, and Jo Hyunbin from the Department of Information and Communication Engineering, and Choi Woohyung, majoring in Robot Control and Instrumentation Engineering in the Department of Electrical and Electronic Control Engineering, participated in the competition.
