The new menu items primarily use Better Meat meatballs, ground meat, and sausages, which Shinsegae Food recently developed. This is part of a plan to utilize Better Meat across various business sectors such as food manufacturing, dining out, catering, and bakery since its launch.
The newly introduced menu includes five items: 'Mortadella & Grilled Vegetable Salad' with Better Meat cold-cut sliced ham, 'Bologna Ham Spinach Cheese Sandwich,' 'Schinken Baguette Sandwich,' 'Meatball Sub Sandwich' flavored with Better Meat meatballs and tomato sauce, and 'Rigatoni Bolognese' made with Better Meat ground meat and Bolognese meat sauce. Through these new menu items, Shinsegae Food aims to showcase the excellent taste and quality of Better Meat to consumers visiting Beckia Enuvo stores and provide a positive experience with alternative meat.
Shinsegae Food recently introduced new menu items such as musubi using plant-based luncheon meat and tacos made with ground meat at the Better Meat pop-up store 'The Better.' In October, the company plans to offer Better Meat dishes paired with craft beer and wine at 'Devil's Door,' a craft beer pub operated by Shinsegae Food.
