Hanwha Construction to Remodel Yeomchang Muhak Apartment... First Solo Contract Awarded
Hanwha Construction has taken its first step into the remodeling market by successfully securing a sole contract for an apartment remodeling project.
Hanwha Construction announced on the 28th that it was selected as the sole contractor at the general meeting held on the 24th for the Yeomchang Muhak Apartment remodeling project.
This project involves remodeling the Yeomchang Muhak Apartment complex, located at 45, Yangcheon-ro 77-gil, Gangseo-gu, consisting of 273 households, into a complex with 5 basement floors to 24 above-ground floors, 5 apartment buildings, and a total of 302 households. The total project cost is approximately 120.5 billion KRW.
Hanwha Construction, which officially launched a dedicated remodeling team in January this year and has been strengthening its technical skills and sales capabilities, appears encouraged by the tangible results achieved in less than a year.
