According to the police on the 23rd, a stage for the rally will be set up in the morning on Sejong-daero (from Taepyeong to Sungnyemun) and around Samgakji Station. In the afternoon, a march is scheduled from Sungnyemun Intersection to Gwanghwamun Intersection, then to Anguk Intersection, and back.
The police plan to install about 40 guide signboards around the rally and march routes to minimize traffic congestion and inconvenience to citizens. Approximately 300 officers, including traffic police, will be deployed to manage traffic, including directing vehicles to detour routes.
A Seoul police official said, "Traffic congestion is expected at major downtown intersections such as Sejong Intersection," and urged, "Please use detour routes and public transportation such as the subway, and if driving is unavoidable, follow the detour routes and the traffic police's hand signals carefully."
