[September Asset Disclosure] Lee Bok-hyun, Financial Supervisory Service Chief, Reports 1.8 Billion KRW; Kang Seok-hoon, KDB Chairman, Reports 2.8 Billion KRW
[Asia Economy Reporter Song Hwajeong] Lee Bokhyun, Governor of the Financial Supervisory Service, and Kang Seokhun, Chairman of the Korea Development Bank, reported assets worth 1.8 billion KRW and 2.8 billion KRW respectively.
According to the June appointment high-ranking public official asset disclosure data released on the 23rd by the Government Ethics Committee through the official gazette, Governor Lee reported assets totaling 1,867.31 million KRW under his and his spouse's names.
Among these, real estate includes an apartment in Jamwon-dong, Seocho-gu, Seoul (132.16㎡) jointly owned by Governor Lee and his spouse, valued at 1.98 billion KRW, and deposits (including those under children's names) totaling 264.79 million KRW. Of the deposit assets, 83.31 million KRW is owned by Governor Lee himself, and 124.19 million KRW is under his spouse's name.
Governor Lee reported two vehicles under his ownership: a 2010 Genesis and a 2020 GV80. The total vehicle value is 59.48 million KRW.
Liabilities include a bank loan of 332.86 million KRW under his name and a private debt of 104.10 million KRW under his spouse's name, totaling 436.96 million KRW.
Kang Seokhun, Chairman of the Korea Development Bank, reported assets worth 2.8884 billion KRW, including domestic stocks worth over 200 million KRW.
An apartment in Seocho-dong, Seocho-gu, Seoul (171.04㎡) jointly owned by him and his spouse is valued at 1.8 billion KRW, and deposits under his and his spouse's names total 728.99 million KRW.
He also reported owning a 2013 K9 vehicle (vehicle value 13.79 million KRW) and a Kumho Resort golf club membership worth 80 million KRW.

The stocks include Lotte Shopping (300 shares), Lotte Holdings (1,000 shares), Samsung C&T (200 shares), Samsung Electronics (300 shares), Woori Financial Group (300 shares), Korea Shipbuilding & Offshore Engineering (150 shares), Hyundai Doosan Infracore (1,000 shares), and Hyundai Motor Company (160 shares).
