Hubble Announces Korea Science Literature Award Contest... Grand Prize 20 Million Won
[Asia Economy Reporter Seomideum] The SF brand ‘Hubble’ is hosting the Korea Science Fiction Literature Award contest together with ‘Studio Dragon’ (a subsidiary of CJ ENM). The winning works will be published as standalone books by ‘Hubble’ and considered for adaptation into video content by ‘Studio Dragon’.
The contest categories are twofold: novel-length works (600 to 1200 pages based on 200-character manuscript sheets) and medium/short-length works (80 to 250 pages based on 200-character manuscript sheets). After preliminary and final rounds, the winners will be announced on the Hubble website in January next year. The prizes are ▲ Grand Prize for novel-length work (1 piece) 20 million KRW ▲ Grand Prize for medium/short-length work (1 piece) 7 million KRW ▲ Excellence Awards (4 pieces) 2 million KRW each.

Submissions can be made through the Hubble website, and only original unpublished works are accepted. Established authors who have no prior awards in SF contests and who have published SF works in online/offline media or as standalone books within less than two years are also eligible to participate. The deadline is October 7.
