Gochang-gun Public Recruitment for 'Citizen Happiness Civil Complaint Counselors'

[Gochang=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Jaegil] On the 22nd, Gochang-gun, Jeonbuk announced that it is publicly recruiting 'Citizen Happiness Civil Complaint Counselors' who protect the rights and interests of residents from unfair administrative actions and find solutions to civil complaints.

The number of counselors to be recruited is up to 8, and the term of office is 2 years from the date of appointment.

The recruitment fields include architecture, taxation, accounting, construction, and legal affairs, and counselors will be composed of experts in each field.

Eligibility requirements include those with experience as an assistant professor or higher in related fields, judges, prosecutors, lawyers, public officials of grade 5 or higher, those with qualifications such as architects, tax accountants, certified public accountants, engineers, patent attorneys, legal scriveners with more than 5 years of experience, and those recommended by civic organizations.

Counselors will be selected through a first round of document screening (qualification review) and, if necessary, a second round of interviews, and the final selected candidates will be appointed.

Experts appointed as counselors will play a role in conducting various activities for resolving civil complaints fairly and transparently, such as investigating and handling complaints, issuing corrective recommendations, or expressing opinions related to these matters.

The county is preparing to begin full-scale operation as early as this year through the appointment of counselors.
