Saemaeul Geumgo Central Association Forms Credit Union Organizational Culture Improvement Team to Eradicate "Gapjil" Culture
[Asia Economy Reporter Bu Aeri] Saemaeul Geumgo Central Association announced on the 20th that it has formed a dedicated team, the 'Geumgo Organizational Culture Improvement Team,' to improve organizational culture.
The Geumgo Organizational Culture Improvement Team will guide the eradication of power harassment within the Geumgo, improper orders beyond employees' job scope, and conduct organizational culture diagnostics for all employees to provide consulting for organizational culture improvement and establish fundamental measures.
In addition to special training for Geumgo executives on preventing workplace bullying and sexual harassment, the association plans to actively strengthen ethics management education by urgently promoting 'on-site visiting education' nationwide for Saemaeul Geumgo branches.
Meanwhile, following the guidance of the Ministry of the Interior and Safety, Saemaeul Geumgo Central Association will conduct a thorough investigation into recently raised internal power harassment issues within Saemaeul Geumgo and will strictly take action against those involved if the harassment is confirmed.
