Hanwha General Insurance Launches New Non-Dividend Hanwha Baekdori Hole-in-One Insurance Product
[Asia Economy Reporter Changhwan Lee] Hanwha General Insurance announced on the 20th the launch of the ‘Non-Dividend Hanwha Baekdori Hole-in-One Insurance,’ which allows coverage against risks that may occur during golf activities at an affordable premium, suitable for beginners to single players.
This product is a CM (internet) exclusive plan that reduces the inconvenience of having to purchase one-day insurance every time you use a golf course, while providing coverage for up to 10 years at a similar premium level.
It offers coverage only for risks that may occur during golf activities and is sold in three plans: Baekdori Plan (2,900 KRW), Good Shot Plan (3,100 KRW), and Single Plan (3,500 KRW), with monthly premiums in the 2,000 to 3,000 KRW range.
The Baekdori Plan covers 1 million KRW for hole-in-one expenses, the Good Shot Plan covers 1 million KRW each for hole-in-one and albatross expenses, and 20 million KRW each for golf activity liability and golf injury disability. The Single Plan includes the four coverages of the Good Shot Plan plus 500,000 KRW for a second hole-in-one expense.
The insurance period is available in 2, 3, 5, 7, or 10-year terms with advance payment, and applicants aged 19 to 80 can subscribe.
