Kyobo Life Insurance "Launches Super App Integrating Digital Channels"
[Asia Economy Reporter Changhwan Lee] Kyobo Life Insurance announced on the 20th that it has completed the integration of digital channels so that customers can use financial and non-financial services anywhere via mobile apps and the web.
This digital channel integration was promoted to combine each digital channel, which had been operated in silo form and lacked unity, into a mobile-centered platform to enhance user convenience.
The main change point following the launch of the integrated app can be summarized as improved usability.
First, the usability of financial services has greatly improved. Customers can now experience all services such as insurance, retirement pensions, loans, funds, and trusts in one mobile channel.
Contract information can also be checked at a glance. Without visiting the Customer Plaza in person, customers can conveniently view their financial contract information, including insurance and retirement pensions, all at once through the mobile channel.
The simple authentication services have also been expanded to nine types. After completing simple authentication by their preferred method such as simple passwords, biometric certificates, fingerprint certificates, facial certificates, Naver certificates, and KakaoPay certificates, customers can log in and handle financial tasks.
Managing personal assets has become easier as well. Customers can also access Kyobo Life Insurance’s MyData service 'Pitch,' which guides their overall financial life, through the mobile channel.
Anyone can enjoy various cultural, artistic, and book-related services provided by Kyobo Life Insurance after a simple membership registration.
