At 7 PM on the 18th, typhoon warnings were issued for 10 cities and counties including Namhae, Goseong, Geoje, Sacheon, Tongyeong, Haman, Miryang, Gimhae, Yangsan, and Changwon.
The Gyeongnam Fire Headquarters issued an emergency call to 10 local fire stations, with more than 50% of off-duty personnel entering a state of readiness.
According to the headquarters, as of 7:30 PM, eight reports of wind and flood damage had been received.
At 7:59 PM that day, a streetlight lamp in Buwon-dong, Gimhae City, fell and safety measures are underway. Earlier, at around 6:50 PM, a signboard of a food material mart in Donggeum-dong, Sacheon was damaged by the wind.
At around 6:33 PM, a signboard of a meat restaurant in Eobang-dong, Gimhae City was also blown away by the wind.

Additionally, at around 6:26 PM, a small utility pole fell in Dundeok-myeon, Geoje City, and the fire authorities requested safety measures from related agencies.
