BNK Busan Bank Donates 370 Million KRW to Support 7 Festivals in Busan

Busan Bank delivered a total sponsorship of 370 million KRW to the Busan Cultural Tourism Festival Organizing Committee at Busan City Hall on the afternoon of the 16th.

On the 16th, Busan Bank announced on the 17th that it had delivered a total of 370 million KRW in sponsorship funds to the Busan Culture and Tourism Festival Organizing Committee at Busan City Hall.
The sponsorship funds delivered that day are expected to be used for seven major local festivals organized by the Festival Organizing Committee, including the Busan Fireworks Festival and the Busan International Rock Festival.
Established in 1997, the Busan Culture and Tourism Festival Organizing Committee plays a significant role in attracting domestic and international tourists by hosting various cultural events that highlight regional characteristics.
Since 2015, Busan Bank has maintained an annual sponsorship contract with the Festival Organizing Committee to support the stable hosting of representative festivals in the Busan area.
Bank President Ahn Gam-chan of Busan Bank said, “As this is the first time in a long while to celebrate with citizens after the COVID-19 pandemic, I hope it will be a more successful festival than ever.”
President Ahn added, “Going forward, Busan Bank will continue to fulfill its role as the region’s leading financial institution to uphold the status of ‘International Tourism City Busan.’”
