Mokpo National University Announces Recruitment for 2022 2nd On-Tact Science Classroom Students

View original image[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Jeong Hyeong-seok] The Regional Operation Center of the Department of Life Science at Mokpo National University announced on the 15th that it will recruit 36 students on a first-come, first-served basis for the "Ontact Science Classroom 2nd Term" at the Mokpo National University Life Science Classroom from the 16th to the 19th.
The Mokpo National University Life Science Classroom is an experiment- and inquiry-centered science classroom program where youth and local residents can easily experience science within their living area. It has been operated since 2006, hosted by the Ministry of Science and ICT, organized by the Korea Foundation for the Advancement of Science and Creativity and Mokpo City, and supported by the lottery fund from the Lottery Commission through the Regional Operation Center of the Mokpo National University Life Science Classroom.
The Ontact Science Classroom 2nd Term will be conducted through 10 live sessions using ZOOM from November 28 to December 2, and any elementary school students in grades 1 to 3 within the region can apply.
The tuition fee is completely free except for the material cost (36,000 KRW). After applying, once the material fee is paid, the experiment materials will be shipped to each household by courier.
