[Asia Economy Reporter Choi Taewon] Cho Seongyeop (18, Daesin High School) took first place in the Hyundai Marine & Fire Insurance Choi Kyung-ju Invitational Qualifying Tournament for the Choi Kyung-ju Foundation Golf Dream Tree Award.
According to the Choi Kyung-ju Foundation (Chairman Choi Kyung-ju) on the 14th, Cho Seongyeop topped the leaderboard with a 5-under-par 67 at the Hyundai Marine & Fire Insurance Choi Kyung-ju Invitational Qualifying Tournament held on the 13th at Gunsan Country Club Buan·Namwon Course (par 72) in Gunsan City, Jeonbuk.
With this victory, Cho Seongyeop earned the right to participate in the Korean Professional Golf Association (KPGA) Korean Tour Hyundai Marine & Fire Insurance Choi Kyung-ju Invitational. He will participate as an invited player in the Hyundai Marine & Fire Insurance Choi Kyung-ju Invitational, held for four days starting on the 29th at Ferrum Country Club in Yeoju, Gyeonggi Province.
