[Asia Economy Reporter Jang Sehee] A man who used drugs at a cafe in Nonhyeon-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul was arrested by the police.
On the 13th, according to a compilation of Asia Economy's coverage, the Seoul Gangnam Police Station announced that they arrested a man in his 40s, identified as Mr. A, on the spot around 10:30 PM the previous day on charges of violating the Narcotics Control Act.
Mr. A is accused of using methamphetamine with a straw at a cafe located in Nonhyeon-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
A customer who was at the same cafe reported to the police that Mr. A was causing trouble by talking to other customers. Other customers also testified that they witnessed Mr. A using drugs.
