Kolon FnC Announces Open Recruitment for New Employees in the Second Half of 2022
Kolon FnC's First Self-Operated Recruitment... Hiring for a Total of 18 Positions
[Asia Economy Reporter Eunmo Koo] Kolon Industries FnC Division (Kolon FnC) announced on the 12th that it will publicly recruit new employees for 2022. Starting from the second half of this year, the recruitment will be operated independently by Kolon FnC, departing from the existing group recruitment format.
Kolon FnC's public recruitment for new employees will be expanded to cover a total of 18 job positions. In particular, as the first fashion company to expose teaser promotional videos through social networking services (SNS) such as Instagram and YouTube, it actively targets the digitally savvy Generation Z (mid-1990s to early 2000s) talent. Additionally, during the recruitment period, Kolon FnC plans to release job-related vlog videos (fashion planning MD/design/sales) on its website and open a Padlet page for interactive communication with job seekers.
The application period is from 10 a.m. today until 6 p.m. on the 30th, and applications can be submitted online through the Kolon FnC recruitment website. The recruitment positions include △product planning △sales management △marketing △design △production management and sourcing △online MD △digital marketing △platform planning △UI/content design △IT system operation △CRM, data analysis △ESG strategy planning and operation △strategy △investment △business management △human resources △finance △accounting △public relations.
Applicants must be graduates or expected graduates (February 2023) of a four-year regular university and must be able to join the company from January 2, 2023. The selection process consists of four stages: document screening, online aptitude test, first interview, and final interview, after which the final successful candidates will be announced. Notably, the first interview will be held at 'Common Ground,' a container complex shopping mall located in Gwangjin-gu, and will be operated with a recruitment party concept to provide job seekers with a unique experience of Kolon FnC.
Han Hak-gyu, head of Kolon FnC’s HR team, said, “We have planned a differentiated public recruitment that has not been attempted before,” and added, “We look forward to applications from talents who will lead trends at Korea’s representative fashion company where fashion and culture coexist.”
