According to the financial sector on the 11th, Shinhan Bank is conducting a total of 400 recruitments across five categories, including general entry-level new employee public recruitment. This recruitment includes general entry-level new employees, digital·ICT occasional recruitment, digital·ICT occasional recruitment Samsung Youth SW Academy special track, digital·ICT occasional recruitment master's and doctoral special track, and social value special track.
The new employee public recruitment proceeds in the order of document screening, written test (SLT), and first and second interviews. Document submission is possible on the Shinhan Bank recruitment website until the 22nd. In addition to this new employee recruitment, Shinhan Bank plans to conduct a total recruitment of about 700 people in the second half of the year, including experienced positions, professionals, and re-employment of retired employees.
IBK Industrial Bank will also recruit 160 new employees in the second half of the year. The recruitment fields are general finance, digital, financial specialists, and global fields. Regional talents, veterans, and high school graduate talents can apply through separate tracks. Continuing the separate regular employment track for high school graduates, IBK will recruit 16 high school graduate talents in the second half of the year.
For applicants who find full-time work burdensome due to family care, treatment, and rehabilitation difficulties, part-time semi-regular employment recruitment is also conducted. Working hours can be chosen with a daily 4-hour work option, and 10 people each from disabled and veteran categories will be selected. Applications are accepted through the IBK recruitment website until the 27th.
The National Credit Union Federation of Korea is also conducting joint recruitment for new employees of credit unions in the second half of 2022. The recruitment scale is about 50 people across 26 credit unions. The recruitment method involves the federation pre-collecting recruitment applications from credit unions with recruitment plans, followed by recruitment announcements, document screening, and written tests. Interviews, final successful candidates, and working conditions are decided by the recruiting credit unions.
The recruitment process proceeds in the order of document screening, written test, and interview. Preference is given to talents located in the recruiting credit union's region. There are no restrictions on age, education, or major. Credit unions accept applications through the credit union recruitment site until 4 p.m. on the 16th.
DGB Daegu Bank is also conducting public recruitment for new employees in two fields: general finance and digital ICT. Application submission is until the 18th. The process includes document screening, AI competency evaluation, written test, coding test (for digital ICT sector), first interview, employment health checkup, and second interview.
