Applications are open until the 19th, and applicants can check the qualification requirements and apply on the Gwangju University Real Estate Professional Training Institute website. The training will be held for 8 days from the 20th to the 28th.
To promote real estate development, it is required to complete training and obtain certification from a professional education institution designated by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport.
At least two people from the relevant corporation or company must complete the training.

Gwangju University has been selected as a pre-education institution for real estate development professionals designated by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport for 12 consecutive years. There are four such training institutions nationwide, and Gwangju University is the only one in the Honam region.
