Woori Bank "Safe Conversion Loan, Completely Non-Face-to-Face from Application to Execution"
Apply via Mobile App... No Visit Required Even for Joint Spouses' Names
[Asia Economy Reporter Minwoo Lee] When receiving the Anshim Conversion Loan from Woori Bank, the entire process from application to execution can be conducted non-face-to-face.
Woori Bank announced on the 7th that it will launch the Anshim Conversion Loan available for non-face-to-face processing starting from the 15th.
The Anshim Conversion Loan is a loan product that converts variable interest rate and fixed-mixed interest rate mortgage loans executed by customers until the 16th of last month this year into long-term, fixed interest rate, and installment repayment loans. Eligible applicants are selected based on set criteria such as housing price and income, and reviews are conducted sequentially.
From the 15th, loan applications can be submitted in order of housing price (for housing priced 300 million KRW or less, from the 15th to the 28th; for housing priced 400 million KRW or less, from October 6th to 13th). The application period varies depending on the last digit of the applicant's birth year. Detailed information can be found on Woori Bank’s real estate platform ‘Woori Wonderland’ or the Woori Bank website.
After signing up for the ‘Woori Wonderland’ application (app), applicants can immediately check their eligibility through housing price and interest rate comparisons. If eligible for conversion, the service links to ‘Woori WON Banking’ for convenient loan application.
In particular, even if the mortgage right set on the collateral is reused or if the collateral is jointly owned by a married couple, applications can be conveniently made without the need for the collateral provider to visit the branch, thanks to electronic registration. A dedicated Anshim Conversion Loan inquiry phone line and email service are also operated.
