Kakao Enterprise Develops Health Checkup Guide Bot with Gangbuk Samsung Hospital
[Asia Economy Reporter Yuri Choi] Kakao Enterprise announced on the 6th that it will jointly develop a health checkup guidebot with Gangbuk Samsung Hospital of Sungkyunkwan University School of Medicine, based on the artificial intelligence (AI) chatbot service ‘Kakao i Connect Talk.’
The two organizations will support Gangbuk Samsung Hospital customers to use health checkup services easily and conveniently through the guidebot.
Users can receive directions to the examination room on KakaoTalk during check-in on the day of the checkup without downloading a separate app. If users leave inquiries on the KakaoTalk channel during the checkup, they can receive answers through the chatbot.
Kakao i Connect Talk, introduced in the guidebot, is an intelligent AI chatbot service that provides notifications, promotions, and consultations through a single KakaoTalk channel. Based on advanced machine learning technology and training data, it understands customer questions even with typos or incorrect spacing and provides natural responses.
