[Asia Economy Reporter Baek Kyunghwan] President Yoon Suk-yeol instructed on the 4th, "Advance payment of disaster insurance to typhoon-affected farms and ensure that disaster relief funds are provided before Chuseok by taking all possible measures."
On the afternoon of the same day, President Yoon presided over a 'Hinnamno' preparedness situation briefing at the National Crisis Management Center in the Yongsan Presidential Office and said, "I ask the government to respond more strongly and perfectly by taking a step ahead."
President Yoon said, "I feel heavy-hearted as this typhoon occurred just before Chuseok," adding, "Disasters bring greater damage and suffering to socially vulnerable groups. We must prioritize the safety of the people and do our best to minimize typhoon damage." He especially ordered strengthened inspections of vulnerable groups and areas such as semi-basement housing and low-lying coastal areas. President Yoon also said, "I will monitor the situation until the end."

He also encouraged advance payment of disaster insurance and provision of disaster relief funds before Chuseok as effective support measures. To this end, President Yoon instructed, "The government must take all possible measures so that the people can quickly return to their daily lives."
