Learn Mental Health Management! ... Ulleung-gun Health and Medical Center Operates Mental Health Promotion Program
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters, Reporter An Kyungho] The Mental Health Welfare Center at the Ulleung-gun Health and Medical Center in Gyeongbuk operated a visiting mental health service for two days on August 31 and September 1 in collaboration with the National Bugok Hospital under the Ministry of Health and Welfare.
This program, consisting of mental health education, stress relief, and dental medical support, was designed to instill a positive perception that anyone can recover if mental health issues are detected early and receive appropriate treatment.
It was conducted at the Namyang-ri Senior Citizens' Center and the promotional hall on the first floor of the medical center in Ulleung-gun, targeting about 100 residents, with mental health screening tests and expert consultations also provided.
