i&nna Launches 'Aisucheop' Service for Childcare Record Management
[Asia Economy Reporter Donghyun Choi] I&NNA, a postpartum care center-based platform specializing in pregnancy, childcare, and childbirth, announced on the 1st the launch of the 'I-Sucheop' service, which allows parents to manage childcare and growth records such as feeding, bowel movements, and sleep after childbirth.
I&NNA currently offers the Ivory application, which enables real-time mobile viewing of babies at postpartum care centers. The newly introduced I-Sucheop implements the childcare notebook functions that novice parents used to record in diaries or mobile apps, eliminating the inconvenience of having to download multiple apps and allowing continuous use even after leaving the postpartum care center.
During development, the focus was on ease of app use for mothers, designing a minimal-touch interface for entering various data such as feeding times and amounts, and sleep durations. This allows users to quickly and easily input information with minimal touches even while caring for their baby.
Additionally, the service supports registering up to three babies simultaneously, with easy and fast switching between babies, enhancing convenience for mothers of multiples and allowing joint input and management of baby data.
Through the co-parent addition feature, the service adds the ability to share baby data with family members, reducing the inconvenience of previous apps where mothers and fathers managed data separately.
Kim Myungjin, Planning Director at I&NNA, who planned the service, stated, “To optimize the I-Sucheop service, we conducted multiple user tests with mothers of multiples and incorporated various user feedback and feature suggestions. We plan to continuously update features to improve user convenience, such as vaccination schedule notifications, childcare information by growth stages, feeding alerts, and medication guidance.”
I&NNA plans to continuously introduce necessary services that enable pregnancy, childbirth, and childcare with a single 'Ivory' app by complementing the shortcomings of existing childcare notebooks and diaries that were limited to simple memo functions, providing customized information according to the child's growth stages.
The I-Sucheop service is free for anyone who downloads the Ivory app. In addition, users can enjoy various benefits through services provided by Ivory, such as the newborn video sharing service at postpartum care centers ‘BebeCam,’ the mothers’ communication space ‘Community,’ Ivory live shopping ‘AraShow,’ and the membership-based premium shopping mall ‘Ivory Store.’
