Shinhan Life "2022 Customer Consultant Recruitment"

The Customer Consultant system is a customer participation program designed to provide practical services from the customer's perspective, where customers directly experience the website, application, etc., and suggest improvement directions.
Shinhan Life will select 12 'Customer Consultants' from male and female customers in their 20s to 50s who have life insurance, and will receive consulting for about two months from October 20 to November 18 on services for financially vulnerable groups such as the elderly and disabled, as well as customer contact channels (website, mobile, call center).
Customer Consultants will be given a fixed activity fee, and additional incentives will be provided to those with outstanding idea proposals.
