"Saludent Active in Unlisted Stock Market... 90% of 2050 Users Reach"
[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Jung-yoon] It has been revealed that investors corresponding to "Salledent" have shown remarkable activity in the unlisted stock market. "Salledent" is a portmanteau of "salaryman" and "student," referring to working professionals who continue studying.
According to Securities Plus Unlisted on the 29th, from January to May this year, the proportion of users in their 20s to 50s who correspond to Salledent reached about 90%, and among the 2030 MZ Salledent group, it accounted for nearly half of all users at 41.14%. Although the popularity of initial public offerings (IPO) has temporarily slowed, since investing in unlisted stocks involves preemptively securing promising companies and proceeding with a long-term perspective, the influx of Salledent investors is expected to continue steadily.
Investing in unlisted stocks has been considered a "league of their own," accessible only to those with high assets and specialized knowledge due to the complex and difficult trading methods. However, with the emergence of mobile unlisted stock trading platforms such as Securities Plus Unlisted, the market entry barriers have lowered significantly. Additionally, the investor base has greatly expanded.
Securities Plus Unlisted took the lead in solving chronic problems in the unlisted stock market such as trading instability, false listings, and high distribution margins by linking safe trading through securities firms for the first time in the industry. By implementing a simple UX and UI based on mobile platforms, it increased market accessibility and greatly improved user convenience by incorporating innovative features such as 24-hour reservation orders including holidays and immediate orders under 200 million KRW. Users can view companies of interest at a glance through theme-based classifications and engage in active information exchange among investors via stock-specific discussion rooms.
Furthermore, Securities Plus Unlisted conducts systematic stock management through a "Stock Review Committee" composed of excellent professionals such as certified public accountants, lawyers, and investment asset managers. It meticulously analyzes corporate soundness from various perspectives including legal, financial, accounting, technology, and service aspects, and enforces various investor protection policies such as new registrations, mandatory compliance supervision, trading restrictions, and deregistration according to strict standards and procedures. Currently, the number of stocks available for trading by general investors on Securities Plus Unlisted totals 51, known to be the largest among private unlisted stock trading platforms.
In addition, it has established close communication channels with companies and supports investors' rational investment decisions by checking various indicators based on the stock information management know-how and expertise accumulated through Dunamu's Content Value Team. All registered companies strictly comply with obligations such as ▲regular disclosures (audit reports, etc.), ▲occasional disclosures (in cases of bankruptcy, suspension of business activities, rehabilitation procedures, decisions on capital increase or decrease, stock splits and mergers, or other major management matters), and ▲inquiry disclosures (verification of rumors or reports, confirmation of important information during sharp stock price fluctuations).
Also, if registered as an individual professional investor at Samsung Securities and certified on Securities Plus Unlisted, one can freely trade over 6,500 unlisted stocks without restrictions on stock or amount.
