Gyeonggi Fire Service Academy Provides Firefighting Skills Training to Vietnamese Firefighters
[Asia Economy (Suwon) = Reporter Lee Young-gyu] Gyeonggi-do Fire Service Academy has started transferring excellent firefighting skills to Vietnamese firefighters.
On the 29th, Gyeonggi Fire Service Academy announced that from the 22nd of this month to the 3rd of next month, it will operate an 'International Disaster Management Cooperation' training course focused on sharing disaster response techniques and strengthening international exchange and cooperation systems for 10 Vietnamese firefighters.
In addition to transferring advanced disaster response systems and various firefighting skills, Gyeonggi Fire Service Academy will also conduct visits to firefighting institutions such as the Fire Industry Technology Institute, Gyeonggi-do Citizen Safety Experience Center, International Fire Safety Expo, Gyeonggi-do Special Response Team, and the Disaster Comprehensive Command Center, as well as safety culture experiences.
Lee Jae-soon, head of Gyeonggi-do Fire Service Academy, said, "We will strive to further develop the international cooperation course and expand global firefighting leader education in the future to help developing countries that urgently need firefighting education."
