Hapcheon-gun Selected Consecutively for Ministry of the Interior and Safety's Active Administration Regulatory Difficulty Cases
Resolving Corporate Inconveniences and Revitalizing the Local Economy
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Choi Soon-kyung] Hapcheon-gun, Gyeongnam Province, is seeing results in the regulatory innovation sector it has been focusing on throughout this year.
The county announced on the 26th that it was selected as a new case in the Ministry of the Interior and Safety’s “2022 2nd Quarter Performance Evaluation on Resolving Regulatory Difficulties through Proactive Administration.”
The Ministry of the Interior and Safety evaluates excellent cases quarterly among local governments nationwide that have achieved results such as resolving inconveniences for residents and businesses and revitalizing the local economy through proactive and creative work, reflecting these in joint evaluations of local governments.
The newly selected project, “Nation’s First! Simplification Policy for Building Demolition Reporting,” was recognized in the procedure simplification category by establishing and promoting an independent policy that supplements verification procedures when the owner listed on the building register differs from the actual building manager.
Previously, the county actively discovered cases by department focusing on key county policy projects and new projects. Last year, “Strategic Support for the Gift Orchid Market” and “Nation’s First! 365 Days Open, Agricultural Machinery Rental Bank Hi-Pass” were consecutively selected.
